Good condition. Lid on underside rim has a smooth divot and a little flea bite. See last photos. Gold enameled band in good condition.
Westmoreland Colonial #1700 candy jar with lid. Gold band with hand painted enamel flowers. Circa 1920's. Similar to ones made by Heisey, but this is the decoration shown in Charles West Wilson's book on Westmoreland glass. Also, this is the 2 lb. size, measuring 10.5" high, a size not made by Heisey.
