Box has wear and tear . Does not come with manual . See photos. Items have some discoloration . Portable receiver comes with plug however it's a bit tricky to power on with the plug (outlet) it has to be placed flat down to turn on with the outlet . However it works excellent with BATTERIES ! Tested with batteries and it's great. Transmitter also
