I came upon this beautiful item, but this is my best estimate. It's a perfume bottle. It is frosted glass encased in a gold colored decorative cage. As far as I can see, it is unsigned. You can also possibly use it as a pendant necklace. In the Victorian era, people smelled their perfume on a necklace instead of spraying it on as a way to ward off disease. Fun history lesson right? Dimensions are 2 inches length, 0.8 inches width, and 2.2 inches in height excluding height.
