No other tags.
Feels like wool with the mesh netting in dark navy.
Black small elastic for wearing around neck to hold.
Red grosgrain ribbon inside seam.
The detailed mesh is pulled and torn in a couple places.
A little dinginess on the underside edge from wear. It wouldn't show when wearing.
And I saw a little speck on upper front. I haven't tried any cleaners cause I'm not sure how you clean up an old vintage hat.
Its old and does have flaws.
