[US Version] Little Feat / Dixie Chicken

A legendary album from Little Feat, led by Lowell George, released in 1973, and etched into the history of swamp rock and Southern rock. This is a US pressing (BS 2686) from the 70s, featuring the Warner Palm Trees (Burbank) label.

The album is overflowing with a unique groove throughout, with the title track "Dixie Chicken" and its layered rhythms intertwined with slide guitar. Warner pressings from this era are well-made, and they perfectly capture the band's distinctive, earthy sound.
