This is a limited edition 2mm lead holder from the popular, little-known British maker, Nicholas Hemingway, made with 5100-year-old bog oak.
In Japan, Nicholas Hemingway products are rarely imported, with 590&Co. being one of the few distributors. This pen is a limited edition, so it's unlikely to be released in Japan again.

___The following is from 590&Co.'s description:

A simple wooden shaft mechanical pencil from Nicholas Hemingway of England.
He uses a 50-year-old lathe that belonged to his grandfather, who was an engineer, to create his products.

It is made from oak that grew 5,100 years ago. This wood was preserved in ancient peat bogs, and because it was completely protected from external environments containing oxygen, it remained intact for thousands of years without decaying.

The Nicholas Hemingway logo is laser-engraved on the end of the shaft.
Despite appearances, the mechanical pencil uses Pentel P20x series refills.
