From what I know and the research performed: I bought this for my son as a gift many years ago and it's been locked away in a trunk that we just went through today. I don't think he ever put it on his car but kept it on a shelf or in his back car window for a while then locked away in the trunk. I believe it was somewhere between 1995 & 2005. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find one anywhere like it. Be original and own a mirror plate like no other...because they're probably all busted up on the highways from being on cars. :-)
