Here’s the full lore to this phone. I drove 2 hours through east coast traffic for it. I met the guy at a hotel. He was waiting in the lobby with his two young daughters, 2 pit bulls, and his wife. When I got there I could tell they were probably living at the hotel. Before I went, I checked the IMEI number and everything was good. He reset the phone, I paid, went on my way. I almost pulled out more money to give him as I was leaving because of his situation but something told me not to.

I’ve done this a ton of times but after driving and everything I didn’t double check. The phone was locked to cricket. I tried getting cricket to unlock it of course they wouldn’t. Then, the guy reported the phone as “lost”to cricket. (probably to get a replacement phone)
