This is really well done Paper Tole Artwork.
Paper Tole uses many copies of the same imagine to create a 3D effect by cutting and stacking parts of the image.
The prints used, I believe, are Birthday Cards or Greeting Cards or Valentine Cards from the 1950's or 1960's. The artist of the cards is the famous J. G. Scott.
The work was sold by Carole's Paper Tole in Ontario, Canada.
It's really beautifully done.
