This angel is done in the style of another very famous folk art designer although I think Seymore has been around longer. She is hand painted with a pink dress and country colors throughout in her decoration. She is about 11" tall and her wing span is about 8.5". She is very serene looking and the baby she is holding is fast asleep. She is carved of wood so you can see wood grain and defects in the wood itself. The piece is in nice pre-owned condition and does show some wear on some of the edges of the paint.
